CHICAGO— Scientists for Tomorrow (SfT) kicked off their third consecutive year, offering hands on activities geared up in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). For this academic year, SfT is offering their weekly after school programming for middle grade students to 42 community centers, and schools in the Chicago region.
This fall, Scientists for Tomorrow launched its 10-week modules: Alternative Energy and their new pilot module Robotics. Through an extensive four to six hour training, twenty-four instructors learned the process for each module to teach at their selected community sites.
